Within the framework of the 9th festival program of “Taste of the World” 2013 by Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism associating with Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, “The 5 Star Culinary Event” was organized on December 07th at the main stage – block B, 23/9 Park, District 01.

This event was a wonderful chancenot only for exchangingcuisine among Chefs from luxurious hotels and restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City but for introducing unique products of culinary culture to press and media in order to satisfy guests’ increasing demand, especially foreign guests visiting to the city.

That Vatel Saigon Restaurant, in company with 17 luxurious hotels and restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City like Park Hyatt, New World, Sheraton, take a great pleasure of bringing excursionists special set menu of French dishes, for example,Starters with Baked Scallops in cinnamon wood, Lobster “Thermidor”, Pan-fried Duck liver on Dalat Cheese Toast, Main Course with Steam Sea Bass in Lotus Leaves, Tournedos Rossini, Rack of Lamb à la Provence and Dessert withFrench pastries and Buche de Noelhave made a surprise party for Christmas and New Year coming.
